The way I became a digital marketer was by a pure incident. As a person totally reluctant to all offers made online about
“Get rich in less than two weeks”,
“Become a millionaire by joining us”,
“We already have your check for $….”,
well, you name it. I’m sure you have seen those e-mails. They are scams and without any foothold in the reality. It’s not difficult to understand that people get a negative attitude towards all offers about digital marketing when such e-mails are sent out without any kind of serious explanation. I belonged to that group. As soon as I got an e-mail of that kind I just hit the delete button without reading the content.
As a Swede living in Mexico, I need to recognize the moral and seriousness in Sweden when it comes to publicity. It’s true that the law regulates a lot, but the bottom line is that you can trust Swedish publicity to a much higher degree than in many other countries. Reading a Swedish newspaper online I came across the Six Figure Mentors, an ad I most probably would have deleted if I got it in any other newsfeed.
This ”incidental” come together with the Six Figure Mentors taught me how important it is to choose the right media to reach out to your right audience. Now I know better, and I’m on a mission to teach and convince other people that all this is achievable for anybody, if you want and you are committed to go for it.
What It Takes.
A quite common question is:
“If it so easy why are not everybody doing it?”
The answer is very rude and straight to the point: This is not for everybody. It is not easy if you do not have the right mindset, commitment and willingness to make what it takes. In other words, entrepreneurs do not fill up the world. Some people just don’t want to do what it takes. It’s not their “game”. They prefer to have a 9-5 job, earn a certain amount of money, trade their time for money, and build their life around the given circumstances.
A true entrepreneur creates the circumstances he or she would like to have and is willing to climb the highest mountain to achieve it.
